Following up on a previous post. I’ve learnt that ruthless business killers seem to be shit at their jobs. Successful maybe but in my experience, also unprofessional and kind of incompetent. These shortcomings are often glossed over by a screen of bullshit and a lot of client arselicking. I think people mistake this for good service instead of evaluating the final product and the actual service received.
